We provide the QBOID M2 mobile dimensioner and software at no cost — a $1,200 value, free — the same device that captures a pallet's exact dimensions and images in seconds, right on your dock. That data is what makes the Invoice Lock Guarantee possible.
The Workflow

Barcode Scan
Scan any unique identifier, such as BOL# or Pro#
Step 02
Capture Images
Take pictures from at least 2, and up to all 4 sides to accurately generate freight LxWxH cube
Step 03
Save/Upload
Dimensions, barcode, shape and images are now available to be uploaded into an ERP, WMS or TMS

The Process Review
We sit down with your team to understand exactly how your freight moves today, then walk you through our professional recommendations for tightening it up.

Planning & Device Prep
We map out the rollout and prep your QBOID device — configured, tested, and ready to hand to your team before it ever touches the dock.

Implementation
We go live, and your freight moves to us full-time. Full volume in, full value out — your carrier mix and guarantee are both priced around it. We stay hands-on through your first shipments until it's second nature.
05
Account Review
30 days after go-live, we sit down to fix anything that needs fixing and tighten the process up further. After that, we run reviews every 90 days to make sure the service stays exactly as promised.
